Ensign Pheragott graduated Starfleet Academy two years ago. After working on a Neutral Zone listening post, he volunteered for reassignment to the Delta Quadrant. He was aboard one of the freighters assigned to replenish Delta Fleet forces, when the Deltan Wormhole collapsed. Part of the repair team, he requested and was accepted to the crew of the Wraith. Offered position on USS Wraith as Administrative Officer.
