| Background: Any records about Jaghatai's past were not given to starfleet. But as far as is known he last worked on the I.K.S. Nos'trovia where he worked on new and experimental warp technology. He was recieved abord the U.S.S. Wraith as an exchange crew member from the Klingon Empire and is now both a warrior of the Klingon Empire and an honorary member of starfleet.
